Payment for Bookings:
Payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. As per industry practice a service charge of 10% applies to credit card payments. Any additional charges incurred will be charged to the credit card on completion of the transfer.The details required are Card Number, Expiry Date and Verification Number. (You may call us if you do not wish to convey details via email – our operations phone number will be advised by email after we receive your booking request).
Quotes:
Quotes which are not accepted within 24 hours will lapse. All prices are given in AUD (Australian Dollars).
No Show
If a passenger is not present or fails to arrive at the pick up location, the full amount will be charged in addition to excess waiting time, if any.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy:
For bookings other than Weddings and Tours full refunds will be given if at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Soiling or Damage to Vehicle:
Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and or exterior of the hired vehicle whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any cleaning time, repairs and detailing required to restore the vehicle to its condition at the commencement of the hiring.
Alcohol & Food:
Alcohol or food may not be consumed in the vehicle.
Peak Demand:
For bookings for Public holidays and times of peak demand premium rates will apply currently 30% loading.
Weddings & Tours:
A non refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost will be required on the day of booking. The balance payable will be required no later than 1 month prior to the wedding or tour date.
Hourly Rates:
A minimum booking time of 3 hours is required for timed bookings.
